The Full Story

About Me

I am a holistic physiotherapist and the founder of Harmonia Health, specialising in helping individuals restore balance, improve movement, and reduce pain. Born and raised in the UK, I have been a physiotherapist since 2005.

After spending eight years working in London, I moved to Copenhagen in 2018, bringing extensive experience in treating chronic pain, musculoskeletal issues, and movement dysfunctions through a whole-body approach.

Based in Copenhagen, I primarily work in English but can also communicate in conversational Danish.

Treatment Is A Partnership

Treatment is a partnership, and the more you invest in your recovery, the greater the benefits.  I take a compassionate, patient-centered approach, ensuring open communication and collaboration.

Whether you're dealing with back pain, neck pain, headaches, postural issues, pregnancy-related discomfort, or postnatal recovery, I work with you to develop a personalised physiotherapy plan.

I specialise in women's health, including pregnancy and after-birth assessment and treatment, helping individuals navigate the physical changes that come with pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

Long-Term Well-being

Over the years, I have developed a deep understanding of how the body functions as an interconnected system. Pain and discomfort often originate from areas beyond the pain site, which is why my treatments focus on finding and addressing the root cause rather than just managing symptoms.

Stress, posture, and movement patterns all play a crucial role in physical well-being—stress, in particular, can contribute to muscle tension, joint stiffness, headaches, and increased sensitivity to pain. My approach integrates these factors to support lasting relief and recovery.

My goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and sustain long-term well-being through a combination of manual therapy, targeted exercises, and lifestyle advice.
